Shipping Policy – Tapia Fades
Thank you for shopping with Tapia Fades. We’re committed to making sure your order gets to you safely and on time. Please review the details below so you know exactly what to expect when it comes to shipping.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another when your order has been shipped.
Orders placed after 5 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
During peak times (sales, new drops, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates (U.S. Only)
We currently offer flat-rate shipping throughout the U.S.:

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $6.95

Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $14.95
Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
In-Store Pickup
Local customers can select Free Local Pickup at checkout.

You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup (typically within 1–3 business days).
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID at the time of pickup. Orders must be picked up within 7 days unless otherwise arranged.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the label is created.
If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, email us at prodbyzeus@gmail.com with your order number.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or unforeseen events. If your tracking shows no movement after 7 business days, contact us and we’ll help file a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Tapia Fades is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:

Double-check with neighbors or household members

Verify your shipping address was entered correctly

Contact your local post office or carrier

Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item, wrong item, or something is missing, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Email prodbyzeus@gmail.com and include:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

A brief description of the issue
We'll review and make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit, as appropriate.
Address Issues & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct address.
A new shipping fee will apply before the item is re-sent.
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order to avoid delays or re-shipping fees.
Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order if it has already been processed or shipped.
