Refund Policy – Tapia Fades
We have a 30-day return policy for merchandise, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Product Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Service Refunds (Haircuts & Appointments)
At Tapia Fades, we do not offer refunds for completed services such as haircuts, shaves, or grooming treatments. However, your satisfaction matters to us — if you’re unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Gift cards
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
